SMS Terms of Service

Williamstown Theatre Festival
1. Williamstown Theatre Festival (the “Company”) may send SMS messages to communicate with you about your ticket orders or donations, pre- and post-show experience, to solicit donations, to cultivate and steward donor relationships, for impact reporting, or for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. You may opt-out of SMS messaging at any time by replying to any message with “STOP”. When you opt-out of marketing communications, you may continue to receive service-related, non-marketing messages from Williamstown Theatre Festival. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from marketing communications. You may also opt-out of service-related, non-marketing text messages in a similar fashion, by responding “STOP” to any such communication. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or reply START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Normal messaging rates apply and the frequency of messages varies. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
