Friday, July 31

• Settle into the weekend with a free morning. We’ll provide an array of self-care options to consider, if you so choose.
• Immerse yourself with an all-day pass at the BANG ON A CAN Summer Music Festival at MASS MoCA, the largest contemporary art museum in the country. The day also includes a private guided tour of the galleries once the museum closes and meals on your own at the eateries on campus. The museum is within walking distance of the hotel, as well as downtown North Adams, so you can come-and-go at your leisure.

Saturday, August 1

• Visit the highly regarded Clark Art Institute and its premier collection of French Impressionist paintings including an insider’s look at the new Aso O. Tavitian collection. Surrounded by profound natural beauty, the museum also boasts 140-acres of expansive lawns, woods, and hiking trails with spectacular views of Williamstown and the Green Mountains of Vermont. Lunch on your own in the cafe.
• Experience SHAKE IT UP: THE REMIX—an exuberant mash-up of modern music and Shakespearean verse at the renowned Shakespeare & Company in Lenox.
• Enjoy an al fresco group dinner before taking in the newest work by the “master of momentum” BRIAN BROOKS MOVING COMPANY at the treasured Jacob’s Pillow in Becket.

Sunday, August 2

• Travel to Tanglewood—one of the world’s most beloved music festivals and the famed summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Pops. Enjoy a grounds tour and catered brunch before an afternoon concert, featuring Grammy Award-winning violinist JOSHUA BELL.
• Reminisce about your weekend at a private farewell dinner created by Chef Tu Le at STATE Food + Drink.

Monday, August 3

• Check out and journey home.

Cost is $4,800* per person based on single occupancy.
Price includes a $1,000 contribution to Williamstown Theatre Festival.

Price does not include transportation to/from Berkshires, additional entertainment, meals, or excursions outside of the planned itinerary.

Additional hotel nights outside our scheduled tour may be purchased, subject to availability.

Payment due in full by Friday, May 29.

*$4,050 per person based on double occupancy or $3,300 per person if the hotel is not needed.

The tour will operate with a minimum of 10 participants. Payment is due in full upon registration and no later than May 29. Program and schedule subject to change. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.

Williamstown Theatre Festival is acting solely as coordinator for this tour. With the exception of coordinated shuttle transportation between venues not within walking distance from each other or the hotel, all travel arrangements are made by individual guests. Williamstown Theatre Festival shall not be liable or responsible for loss, personal injury or damage to or in respect of any person or property of those tour participants.

Payment is due in full by May 8. If you must cancel your reservation after partial or full payment has been received, the following refund schedule applies:

• If a cancellation is made prior to May 8, $1,000 of the per person total tour cost will be turned into a fully tax-deductible contribution to Williamstown Theatre Festival;
• Between May 8 and May 31, 50% of the per person total tour cost is non-refundable;
• After June 1, 100% of the per person total tour cost is non-refundable.

Cancellation must be made by written notice to Williamstown Theatre Festival; and the applicable refund will be calculated on the day of the receipt of such notice by the Festival. Except as stated above, no refunds will be made for unused services in the event you cancel all or part of your participation in the tour.
