Because the Williamstown Theatre Festival functions as a year-round theater in a concentrated festival season, WTF provides fantastic opportunities for both aspiring and seasoned theatre administrators. There are a myriad of administrative opportunities in a variety of departments available.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF POSITIONS

All professional staff positions are salaried. Salaries vary with responsibility of position and experience of the applicant. Staff members receive free housing on the Williams College Campus. WTF is an equal opportunity employer, and is committed to creating a diverse company.

ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNSHIPS

Administrative internships at WTF provide the next generation of theatre professionals with the opportunity to work alongside some of the top theatre administrators in the industry. Due to the ambitious nature of the WTF season, internships are full-time and rigorous. Interns are chosen on the basis of experience, recommendations and an interview. Interns are responsible for their own daily living expenses and pay $500 for Williams College housing. College credit may be arranged with your academic institution.
