Administrative Staff Positions
Williamstown Theatre Festival offers staff positions in a variety of administrative departments. Administrative positions at WTF are both highly demanding and exceptionally rewarding. As the organizational backbone of WTF, administrative staff members
play an integral role in making our season a reality. Staff members are provided housing and salary. Staff positions last from early June through late August. Applications are only accepted online. Administrative Internships
For both current students and recent college graduates, there is no better place to start a career than Williamstown Theatre Festival. WTF interns are fully immersed in a hands-on experience from their first day through the end of the season, gaining invaluable experience through high responsibility administrative positions. Many staff members at WTF got their professional start as a member of the Intern program, and go on to work at theatres across the country. Internships last from early June through late August and are offered in a variety of concentrations including Company Management, Front of House, Literary Management, Publicity, Print and Graphics, and Producing.
