Exchange Policy: Tickets may be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the performance you cannot attend and can be exchanged for a different performance of the same production only, based on availability.  A $3.00 per ticket fee will be charged in addition to any applicable ticket upgrade costs.  Refunds will not be made on exchanges into a lower-priced performance or seating area.  Your new tickets will be held at the Box Office.  Please have your tickets in hand when calling the Box Office to arrange the exchange.
